About this role
- 5–8+ years strong exposure to strategic risk management, risk controlling, integrated risk management or enterprise‑wide risk management
- Experience designing or operating enterprise-wide risk methodologies such as risk appetite frameworks, ICAAP/ILAAP or Stress Testing methods
- Familiarity with supervisory/ regulatory expectations including ECB, EBA guidelines, CRR and Basel,
- Croatian speaking, Excellent English; German is an advantage.
- Ability to independently lead workstreams and mentor junior colleagues.
- Hands-on experience with involvement in On-site inspections, AQRs or interaction with supervisory authorities is a plus.
- Advisory projects across risk management, regulatory compliance, risk governance, and enterprise‑wide risk frameworks.
- Assessment and enhancement of clients’ risk operating models, including strategic risk oversight, governance structures, and control frameworks.
- Translation of regulatory requirements (ECB, EBA, local regulators) into actionable programs.
- Support in supervisory remediation and supervisory interactions
- Leading high-visibility projects across the wider Central Europe region
