About this role

As Head of Department, the Front of House Manager will lead and oversee the day-to-day Front of House operation, taking full ownership of the department’s performance, people and standards. You will lead by example, ensuring that every member and guest receives the warm, personal and effortless service that defines the Club.
As a visible and hands-on leader, you will be at the heart of the member experience — ensuring every arrival, interaction and departure feels warm, effortless and genuinely personal. You will lead by example, setting high standards while creating a supportive environment where your team feels valued, confident and proud of the service they deliver.

You will take responsibility for the leadership, development and performance of the Front of House team, including our Night Team. You will build strong relationships across the Club, work closely with other departments and ensure seamless communication and consistently high standards across every shift.
This is a role for someone who understands that exceptional hospitality starts with exceptional people. Someone who can inspire and develop a team, create a culture of accountability and pride, and remain calm, confident and solutions-focused when faced with the unexpected.
