We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Control Tower Analyst.

As a Control Tower Analyst, you will help keep Lenovo’s inbound logistics operations running smoothly by monitoring material movements and providing visibility across inbound shipments. Based at our Üllő manufacturing site, you will coordinate information between logistics partners and internal stakeholders, respond to receiving issues, and help arrange expedited solutions when required.

This is a role for someone who enjoys working with detail, organizing multiple priorities, and solving operational issues in a fast-moving logistics environment.

What you'll do:

- Monitor and track inbound material shipments across all modes of transport, providing timely visibility of shipment status and movement.
- Support day-to-day Control Tower activities, including real-time tracking of goods, shipments, and other critical inbound logistics activities.
- Coordinate communication between nominated third-party logistics providers, internal teams, and relevant stakeholders to keep inbound operations aligned.
- Support receiving activities and help resolve receiving issues, shipment exceptions, delays, and operational bottlenecks.
- Arrange expedited logistics solutions for materials when requested by the Supply Chain team.
- Generate and maintain accurate operational reports, ensuring shipment and performance information remains current and reliable.
- Identify recurring operational issues and contribute ideas that can improve processes, visibility, and ways of working.

What you'll need:

- Professional English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to working with operational information.
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and business importance while managing several activities at the same time.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- SAP functional experience is an advantage, but is not required.
- Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively with internal teams, logistics partners, and other stakeholders.
