We’re looking for talent: Candidates that are keen in developing client servicing skills. Your background can range from any customer service experience, however we’re just as interested to hear from you if you’re looking for your first customer service office role, you are a returner to work or you’re looking to change your career.
Essential:
- Have excellent Customer service skills or an understanding of the importance of a first-class service
- Have strong relationship building skills – engaging with all parties, providing support and help when it’s most needed
- Understand what matters to the customer and to put this first – putting yourself in their shoes
- Have good IT skills, particularly with excel, with a keen eye for detail
- Be committed to gaining an insurance qualification which will be fully funded
Desirable:
- Previous/ current insurance experience
- Ideally hold an insurance qualification, but we’ll support and fund you to gain this if not
