To strengthen our team, we are looking for a IE/PP Specialist L1 in our plant in [[location]].

Responsibilities:

- Develop and update production layouts, jig boards, and workstation designs.

- Plan and control equipment layouts, ensuring effective implementation of engineering changes.

- Optimize workstations and material flow layouts to improve productivity and efficiency.

- Create technical drawings and designs for in-house manufacturing or procurement from external suppliers.

- Develop and maintain material layout schemes, incorporating engineering changes and model year updates.

- Analyze manufacturing processes according to Yazaki and REFA standards and perform line balancing activities.

- Implement engineering changes in jig board drawings and related documentation.

- Continuously improve jig board ergonomics to enhance operator efficiency and workplace safety.

- Ensure systematic implementation of customer requirements and specifications, including regular updates to jig board drawings.

Requirements:

- Technical education in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.

- Ability to work with CAD drawings (AutoCAD) and technical documentation.

- Knowledge of manufacturing standards is considered an advantage.

- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.
