To strengthen our team, we are looking for a PFMEA Specialist L2 in our plant in [[location]].
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and continuously update PFMEA documentation for manufacturing projects.
- Develop, update, and implement MPPS documentation for new and existing processes.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to support engineering changes and drive issue resolution.
- Review customer feedback and claims and contribute to corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct PFMEA and MPPS audits and monitor the implementation of improvement actions.
- Coordinate and maintain FMEA Action Plans to ensure timely closure of identified risks.
- Ensure compliance with FMEA and Process Flow standards and deploy corporate requirements at plant level.
- Cooperate with the European FMEA Coordinator and counterparts across other plants to align methodologies and share best practices.
- Support process risk assessment activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to the standardization and optimization of manufacturing processes across the organization.
Requirements
- Professional level of English.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Excel.
- Advanced knowledge of wire harness manufacturing processes.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing equipment operation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and a structured approach to documentation management.
