<h2>About the role</h2><p>I’m currently supporting a search for an <strong>Application Portfolio Manager </strong>to join a large, international organisation undergoing significant IT transformation.</p><p> </p><p>This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing <strong>structure, governance and strategic direction</strong> to complex application environments.</p><h2>Your responsibilities</h2><ul><li><p>• Developing the strategy and operating model for Application Lifecycle Management<br>• Driving application portfolio optimisation, consolidation and decommissioning<br>• Establishing governance, processes and standards across the application landscape<br>• Improving visibility of application ownership, lifecycle, risk, compliance and technical debt<br>• Leading a multidisciplinary team and working closely with senior IT and business stakeholders<br>• Partnering with Architecture, Security, Compliance and Technology teams on strategic initiatives<br>• Supporting a major technology transformation and integration programme</p></li></ul><h2>Requirements</h2><p>• Several years of experience in enterprise IT, application management, IT governance or related areas<br>• Strong experience in application portfolio/lifecycle management and IT governance<br>• Proven track record of leading transformation, rationalisation, consolidation or modernisation initiatives<br>• Experience building governance frameworks, processes or new organisational capabilities<br>• Strong understanding of IT risk, compliance, cybersecurity and audit</p><p>• Extensive line management experience<br>• Experience working with senior stakeholders in complex, international organisations<br>• Experience with tools such as <strong>ServiceNow, CMDB or Jira</strong> would be an advantage</p><h2>Compensation</h2><p>The salary for this role ranges from PLN 15,000 to PLN 25,000 per month.</p><h2>Your first months at Pertemps ERP</h2><p>During your first months, you will take ownership of the existing application inventory, review current software expenditures, and establish relationships with key technical stakeholders across the business.
