Principal Project Manager – Global Business Services (GBS)

Location: Warsaw, Poland

We are seeking an experienced Principal Project Manager to lead a complex, global transformation initiative focused on implementing an enterprise financial technology solution.

In this highly visible role, you will lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with senior stakeholders and external partners, and drive the successful delivery of strategic initiatives across multiple regions. You will be responsible for ensuring strong program governance, effective change management and sustainable business outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Lead end-to-end program delivery, including scope, timelines, budgets, resources, dependencies, risks and business outcomes.

- Coordinate multiple business and technical workstreams across North America, Europe, Latin America and Asia-Pacific.

- Partner with Finance, IT, GBS, business leaders and external vendors to align business requirements, strategic priorities, key decisions and delivery plans.

- Establish and maintain effective program governance, oversee risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies (RAID), and provide clear, actionable reporting to senior leadership.

- Oversee critical implementation activities, including process design, data readiness, testing, deployment and transition to operational ownership.

- Collaborate with change management teams to support stakeholder communications, training, organizational readiness and successful adoption of new processes and technologies.

- Drive cross-functional collaboration, proactively resolve challenges and ensure alignment across globally distributed teams.

- Facilitate collaboration across multiple time zones, demonstrating flexibility to support critical global meetings, program milestones and business needs.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, information systems, engineering or a related field.

- Minimum of 8 years' experience in project or program management, leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.

- Demonstrated experience implementing enterprise technology solutions, leading financial transformation programs or delivering large-scale process improvements.

- Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, analytical problem-solving and influencing skills.

- Proven ability to lead global, matrixed teams and manage relationships with third-party vendors.

- Ability to navigate complex organizational environments, manage competing priorities and deliver results across multiple regions and time zones.

- Preferred qualifications:

- Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), Agile, Scrum or equivalent certification.

- Experience in order-to-cash processes, shared services, GBS, digital finance, automation or enterprise resource planning (ERP)-enabled transformation.

- Experience working within a regulated, multinational organization.
