About this role
Ford Business Solutions is looking for a
Central Order Fulfilment Specialist (fixed-term)
to join our Marketing & Sales Tea m in our Váci Greens office.
What are the requirements for the position?
- University/College degree (logistics, business, economics, IT, engineering is advantage)
- 2-4 years relevant experience
- Strong analytical skills: applicants should be comfortable working with numbers and confident in explaining analysis and proposals to members of the Management team
- Good communication and relationship building skills: the job holder will need to be able to communicate issues and analysis with clarity and confidence and remain calm under pressure
- Systemic Thinking
- Good understanding of the Sales, Services and Marketing functions and processes
- Ability to multitask, good time management skills, attention to deadlines
- Creative, problem-solving personality with a „can do” and proactive attitude
- Holistic business and task view
- Knowledge of Order Management/Sales Reporting IT systems would be advantageous but not essential
- Excel and Power Point (essential); applicants should be confident to use and develop Excel spreadsheets
- Fluency in English: high standard of written and verbal communication is essential
- Travel might be required on occasion
