Join our Quality Assurance team as a Manager of Quality Assurance (F/M) and play a key role in ensuring that products, processes, and quality systems consistently meet company, customer, and regulatory requirements.
In this role, you will drive the effectiveness of the site Quality Management System, foster continuous improvement, and help safeguard the high quality standards that support better health for more people.
Based in Herstal, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen compliance, quality performance, and operational excellence.

- Implement, maintain, and continuously enhance the Quality Management System in line with customer, regulatory, and registration requirements
- Manage the monitoring, measurement, and review of internal quality processes to ensure compliance and effectiveness
- Ensure quality systems, procedures, and documentation remain up to date and aligned with the expectations of certification and regulatory authorities
- Lead corrective action investigations, identify root causes, and drive the implementation of effective corrective and preventive actions
- Plan, conduct, and support internal and external audits while ensuring timely follow-up of findings
- Manage customer complaints, coordinate containment actions, perform detailed investigations, and implement sustainable corrective measures
- Establish, maintain, and refine quality standards, sign-off procedures, and supporting documentation
- Monitor the performance of the Quality Management System and recommend and implement continuous improvement initiatives
What will convince us
- Master's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality management or quality assurance leadership role
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, quality systems, and recognized quality standards; relevant certification is considered an advantage
- Solid understanding of quality practices, safe working procedures, and applicable compliance requirements
- Knowledge of relevant governmental and regulatory requirements within a regulated environment
- Proven ability to analyze data, interpret quality metrics, and apply statistical methods to support decision-making
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to identifying and resolving issues
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels
- Strong leadership, negotiation, planning, and project management capabilities
- Fluent written and spoken English
