About this role
We are currently seeking to employ a qualified candidate for the position of Technical Project & Bid Support for Energy Systems team to be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
You will work closely with experienced Project Managers and Team Leaders to support.
the delivery of technical and advisory projects in the Energy sector across the Middle East and Africa.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Assisting in the coordination of Safety Studies, Reliability Studies, and Asset Risk Management
projects.
• Supporting communication and collaboration between internal teams and external partners
• Participating in client meetings and helping document technical discussions and action points.
• Contributing to project tracking, reporting, and invoicing under the guidance of a Project
Manager.
• Helping identify and document potential opportunities for future projects.
You will also assist the Business Lead and Bid Managers in developing proposals and supporting
business development activities:
• Contributing to the preparation of proposals and presentations for clients.
• Assisting in tailoring service offerings to meet client needs and timelines.
• Supporting the documentation of commercial discussions and follow-ups using internal tools.
• Helping maintain client engagement records and identifying areas for future collaboration.
- UAE National with a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from a recognized university.
- 1-2 years of experience in Safety Studies, Reliability Studies, and Asset Risk Management within the Energy sector.
- Exposure to project execution and technical support activities for Energy sector projects.
- Experience supporting Bid and Proposal preparation, coordination, and submission activities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Familiarity with industry standards, risk assessment methodologies, and engineering safety practices is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and technical reporting.
