About this role
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Worker with experience in inventory control and cycle counting. This individual will be responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, counting, and distributing materials and products while maintaining accurate inventory records.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on warehouse experience, a strong understanding of cycle counting procedures, and the ability to identify and help resolve inventory discrepancies. This position requires someone who can work independently, stay organized, and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
Accuracy, accountability, and the ability to work with other departments are essential to this position.

Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years of warehouse or inventory control experience preferred.
- At least 1 year of hands-on cycle counting experience strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of inventory control procedures, including physical counts, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.
- Experience using an ERP, warehouse management, or computerized inventory system.
- Ability to read and understand purchase orders, packing slips, part numbers, and inventory reports.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and data entry.
- Ability to perform basic math accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.
- Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, purchasing, production, and shipping personnel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with MIE Trak or similar ERP systems.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, industrial parts, conveyor equipment, or distribution warehouse.
- Forklift experience or certification.
- Familiarity with inventory location systems and barcode scanning.
- Experience investigating inventory discrepancies and identifying root causes.
- Knowledge of FIFO inventory practices.
- Experience with raw materials, replacement parts, and finished goods inventory.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to bend, reach, climb, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to work in a warehouse and manufacturing environment.
- Ability to safely operate material-handling equipment when authorized.
