What You'll Do

You will join the BCG Baku IT team, supporting a growing number of users based in the local office. Your responsibilities will include front and back-end user support, device setup, maintenance and service, asset and inventory management, case team support, and new hire introduction trainings.
You will also provide onsite meeting and event support, maintain ServiceNow tickets, manage printers and telecommunications, assist with network and infrastructure requests and maintenance, act as a super user and trainer for digital tools, and cover all other technology needs.

You are good at :

- Supporting and resolving issues related to laptops, iPhone, iPad and Video Conference technologies (Zoom, Teams, etc.), and successfully troubleshooting issues both independently and in collaboration with all available resources;
- Providing a high level of customer service while supporting end users;
- Maintaining configurations of all notebook and desktop computer systems according to established standards;
- Running analysis and reporting, auditing, and inventory control as required.

The role will be focused on the activities listed above, but not limited to them.

What You'll Bring

- University Degree completed or ongoing (a path in Information Technology/Computer Science will be considered a plus);
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, in Azerbaijani, Russian and English;
- Full time (5 days per week) availability;
- Strong passion for technology and desire to continuously learn and grow to further embrace IT knowledge;
- Very good customer service skills, a natural approach to understand and support users’ needs;
- Reliability, responsiveness, and a goal-oriented approach;
- Cooperative approach, ability to work in team;
- At least basic skills in the following areas: Windows/Apple hardware and Software, Telecommunications, Network, Audio/Video systems, Microsoft Office, Mobile Data Cards.
