YOUR SHOES TO FILL

- Store Operations & Performance: Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth processes, excellent customer service, and the achievement of sales targets, budgets, P&L and KPIs.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, motivate, and develop the store team through coaching, training, and mentoring. Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staff scheduling.
- Sales & Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers, increase store traffic, drive sales, and improve profitability.
- Visual Merchandising & Customer Experience: Ensure attractive in-store product displays, coordinate promotional activities, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
- Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and ensure effective merchandise management.
- Reporting & Administration: Analyze sales performance, customer trends, and profitability while managing store budgets, financial records, and operational reports.
- Compliance & Store Standards: Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational standards.

YOUR WALK OF LIFE

- Education & Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, ideally with leadership responsibilities. A bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a team.
- Analytical & Commercial Skills: Confident working with sales figures, KPIs, budgets, and performance reports, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Retail Expertise: Solid understanding of store operations, visual merchandising, inventory management, and POS systems, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Organization & Flexibility: Well-organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment. Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Mindset & Passion: Customer-focused, proactive, and hands-on, with a genuine passion for fashion, lifestyle brands, and delivering outstanding retail experiences.
