Job Title: Supply Performance Manager - NAM

Contract: permanent

Location: Budapest

About the role

The purpose of the role is to support the  Performance Senior Manager in NAM by converting standard data, dashboards and workflows into clear regional performance insight and action tracking.

Lead FP&A and period-end close activities for overhead spending, partnering with key stakeholders to deliver accurate financial insights and support decision-making. Drive cross-functional projects focused on process simplification, standardization, and continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, governance, and business performance.

Key accountabilities

1. Regional performance insight and action tracking

- Prepare clear NAM performance analysis, dashboards and self-service reporting.

- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes

- Monitor actual spending versus budget and provide insightful variance analysis

- Partner with functional leaders to identify risks, opportunities, and cost optimization initiatives

- Ensure accurate month-end close activities related to overhead expenses

- Develop and maintain management reporting, dashboards, and financial performance metrics

- Provide recommendations to improve cost efficiency while supporting business objectives

- Support explanation of COGS, PPV, production variance, logistics, overhead, CAPEX and demand-COGS drivers in simple business language.

- Track actions, owners, deadlines and follow-ups from regional performance routines and functional cost-owner discussions.

2. Project & Standardization

- Support NAM users in embracing, workflows, standard KPIs and common performance routines.

- Help users move away from local Excel packs, manual reconciliations and duplicate reporting by promoting standard outputs.

- Collect user questions, access issues, process deviations and adoption blockers and escalate them through the Performance Senior Manager.

3. Feedback loop to Process COE

- Collect regional pain points, data-quality issues, enhancement requests and improvement ideas from NAM stakeholders.

- Help distinguish true business requirements from local preferences that would recreate fragmentation.

- Support the Performance Senior Manager in fostering prioritized requirements into the Prism COE continuous-improvement roadmap.

4. Process discipline and data quality

- Drive finance standardization initiatives across processes, reporting, planning, and performance management

- Identify opportunities to simplify and automate financial processes

- Identify data-quality concerns and work with Finance, and process owners to support resolution.

- Maintain documentation of regional process notes, user guidance, known issues and adoption status.

What you'll bring

- Experience in FP&A, Supply Finance, controlling, performance reporting, business analysis or transformation support roles.

- Good understanding of supply chain finance processes, including COGS, manufacturing variances, logistics, procurement/PPV, overheads, standard costing and planning cycles.

- Exposure to regional or cross-market ways of working; NAM or global FMCG / supply environment experience is advantageous.

- Able to translate financial and operational data into concise insight, risks, opportunities and action follow-up.

- Confident user of Power BI, Excel, SAP reports and enterprise reporting tools; able to interpret dashboards and support business users.

- Understands how self-service analytics, workflow tools and standard data products change finance ways of working.

- Able to support UAT, training, issue capture and adoption activities for MVP and industrialized DDH / Databricks solutions.

- No coding, Python or Alteryx build capability is required, but digital curiosity and willingness to learn are important.

- Strong communication, collaborator engagement and follow-through skills.

- Structured, disciplined and comfortable tracking actions, risks, issues and adoption status across multiple stakeholders.

- Change-positive approach with compassion for end users and willingness to help teams adopt new ways of working

- Protects global standards while understanding NAM business needs and regional execution realities.
