## Job Description
OES Equipment, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is seeking a Procurement Representative.

Additional requirements:
Review project plans and specifications to identify Division 10 scope and requirements.
Complete accurate material takeoffs and assist with project estimating.
Create and manage purchase orders with vendors and manufacturers.
Track material production, shipping, and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with project managers, field teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure project success.
Prepare and process customer invoices and assist with project billing activities.
Maintain project documentation and provide regular status updates on orders and deliveries.

Job Summary:
Supports procurement and project delivery activities by coordinating supplier research, purchase order processing, order tracking, and documentation workflows. Produces procurement documentation such as product data, lead times and order confirmations to support stakeholder requirements. Monitors delivery status, verifies received items, and supports resolution of procurement issues. Maintains procurement records and supports basic financial tracking to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
Researches suppliers and supports sourcing of goods and services to meet project and operational requirements.
Prepares and coordinates product data and related documentation in alignment with project needs.
Creates and processes purchase orders and reviews order acknowledgements to validate quantities, pricing, and delivery terms.
Places and tracks orders, confirms estimated delivery dates, and communicates status updates to internal stakeholders.
Verifies delivered items and supports resolution of discrepancies related to receiving, quality, or documentation.
Partners with estimating and project stakeholders to develop pricing, prepare material proposals, and support competitive bid responses for procurement scopes.
Supports tracking and reconciliation of procurement documentation and basic financial data to maintain accurate records.

Education Qualifications:
High School Education/GED or equivalent experience required.

Work Experience:
3-5 years of experience in procurement support, purchasing, construction operations support, or a related function required.
Experience preparing procurement documentation (for e.g., product data, purchase orders, and order acknowledgements) required.
Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, required.
Experience using document management or markup tools (for e.g., Bluebeam) preferred.
