## Job Description
OES Equipment, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is seeking a Sr Transportation & Logistics Coordinator.

Additional requirements:

Required Experience:
Proven experience managing high volumes of truck shipments and deliveries
Strong knowledge of transportation and logistics operations
Experience coordinating carriers, brokers, drivers, and project teams
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple shipments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with transportation management systems, scheduling, and shipment tracking
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Experience:
Construction, manufacturing, or project-based logistics experience
Flatbed, specialized freight, and oversized load coordination
Vendor and carrier relationship management
Cost control and transportation planning
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage daily transportation activity for large-scale projects
Schedule and track inbound and outbound freight
Work closely with project teams, suppliers, carriers, and field personnel
Resolve delivery issues and proactively communicate shipment updates
Ensure transportation requirements, documentation, and safety standards are met
Support continuous improvement of transportation processes and efficiency

Job Summary:
Provides advanced coordination and oversight of transportation and logistics activities to ensure reliable, cost-effective delivery of goods. Handles shipment scheduling, carrier communication, and issue resolution while supporting compliance and performance tracking. Applies experience and judgment to address complex transportation challenges and supports continuous improvement efforts across logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Performs daily transportation coordination activities, including complex scheduling, routing, and shipment prioritization.
Serves as a point of contact for carriers, drivers, and internal stakeholders to resolve escalated transportation issues.
Monitors transportation performance, proactively addressing delays, capacity constraints, and service disruptions.
Maintains accurate and compliant transportation documentation, logs, and records.
Contributes to preparation of transportation performance and cost reports to support operational decision-making.
Supports compliance with DOT regulations and internal transportation policies, identifying and addressing risks as needed.
Contributes to process improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, cost control, and service reliability.

Education Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent experience required.

Work Experience:
3–5 years of experience in transportation coordination, logistics operations, or supply chain support required.
Experience working directly with freight carriers, routing, and shipping documentation required.
