Overview:

Xerox is expanding our Technical Services team and is looking for a customer-focused Onsite Service Technician to support and delight our clients. In this field-based role, you will use your mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills to maintain, repair, and support customer equipment while delivering an outstanding service experience. If you are dependable, hands-on, and motivated by solving problems, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career with Xerox. What You’ll Do:

- Deliver exceptional service and resolve equipment issues in line with customer service level agreements
- Diagnose and repair devices using electromechanical knowledge, tools, and technical training
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers, supporting maintenance, supply inventory, and equipment performance
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding equipment status, availability, and next steps
- Provide end-user training to help customers get the most from their equipment

What You Bring:

- Experience using a multi-meter, troubleshooting electrical circuits, and reading electrical schematics
- Background in electromechanical, HVAC, cable/internet, automotive repair, military, or related technical work
- Strong customer service mindset, time management, and reliability
- Valid driver’s license and appropriate insurance coverage
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform frequent standing, walking, bending, squatting, and driving
