# Job Description Summary
This role sits at the center of GE Aerospace's AI Strategy and Operations organization, serving as Sr Director, Ai & Data Operations to the CDAIO/DSA leadership team while also driving the strategic deployment of AI across the enterprise.

The individual in this role owns the connective tissue between AI strategy, AI operations, and AI finance while running leadership rhythms, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring that scenario planning, governance, budget, and reporting cadences operate in lockstep.

This is a highly cross-functional role requiring comfort operating across strategy, program management, financial stewardship, and executive communications.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

- Own the agenda and lead executive operating rhythms — calls with the CDAIO Direct team and extended staff, the Daily Stand-up with CDAIO and the EA, and all DSA internal staff calls (MOR, WOR, Quarterly All-Hands).
- Define success metrics for the CDAIO organization, implement tracking aligned to Flight Deck Principles, and own the connection between Strategy and Operations by assessing stakeholder alignment and recommending priority adjustments.
- Maintain the stakeholder Voice of Customer (VOC) rhythm and serve as the AI Comms interface, ensuring alignment between AI Comms and AI Strategy/Operations messaging.
- Own the Scenario Planning Process (run twice per year, including follow-ups and signpost creation) and the Quarterly AI Strategy Rhythm and Report-Outs while defining the rhythm, drafting signposts, and assigning signpost owners.
- Lead the AI Strategy Report-Out and team rhythms/weekly updates; coordinate creation of strategy artifacts (memos, slide decks) and ensure stakeholder alignment ahead of the SALT report-out (end of October), owning all artifacts presented to SALT.
- Own the process for governance, prioritization, and scaling of AI solution implementation across GE Aerospace, including key process decisions, process design experiments, and stakeholder engagement (e.g., AI Catalyst Connect calls).
- Own the product roadmap for the AI Control Tower — the application used to track the AI portfolio, enforce governance, and fund/prioritize AI initiatives — including feature prioritization and alignment with platform leads and strategic goals.
- Own the weekly operating rhythm (WOR) with the Control Tower and AI Health Check program managers, setting priorities and troubleshooting roadblocks.
- Own budget prioritization and forecasting across the CDAIO organization, aligning spend with forecast on a monthly basis (accruals, project follow-up) and ensuring clear prioritization of projects and resources.
- Own talent operations (reviewing statements of work, submitting requisitions in SSS, and following up on approvals and renewals) and the regular rhythm with sourcing and finance.
- Own the hiring plan, holding leadership accountable to clear business cases and hiring deadlines connected to project delivery milestones and stakeholder expectations.
