About this role

The Systems Manager is a key support role within the operations team.

The incumbent has strong analytical, technical and project management skills, and a passion for continuous improvement and digital transformation. The Systems Manager plays a critical role in advancing functional capabilities through systems support, operational metrics, training, and implementation of new technologies and processes. The role has global responsibilities, participating in global team activities, and interacting with colleagues in multiple regions.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Technology, Systems, and Digital Solutions

- Support the administration, maintenance, and implementation of technologies and platforms.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements, evaluate

solutions, and implement system enhancements.

- Support organizational change management activities to drive adoption of new tools and ways of working.

Metrics, Reporting, and Business Analytics

- Develop and maintain dashboards and track key performance indicators to support operations.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and process improvement initiatives.
- Generate routine and ad hoc reports for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Process Excellence and Continuous Improvement

- Support initiatives involving new technologies, workflows, and operational processes.
- Support development and maintenance of procedures, templates, standards, and operational guidance.
- Contribute to process optimization initiatives that streamline document development and review activities.

Training and Knowledge Management

- Deliver training and ongoing support for systems, processes, and tools.
- Support onboarding and capability development for internal staff and external partners.
- Maintain knowledge repositories and ensure accessibility of operational documentation.

Core Competencies

- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated track record in cross-functional, multicultural teams.
- Mastery of the English language, with a comprehensive understanding of English grammar and punctuation.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications with a special focus on word processing, tables, spreadsheets, presentations, graphics and templates.
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently or in a team setting.
- Proven effective influencing skills, able to lead without formal authority.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with demonstrated ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
- Ability to analyze and synthesize complex operational data from multiple sources.
- Detail-oriented.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $90,300.00 - $251,600.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
