About the job
Our Order to Cash (O2C) team aims for excellence, equipping Sanofi with a robust core model, complemented by best-of-breed digital solutions embedding artificial intelligence and machine learning functionalities.
Our international presence and our ambition to become a global reference player for all order to cash related processes mean that our team works on a variety of projects with opportunities for a rich mix of work. This leads to a challenging and stimulating professional experience full of growth and learning.

In this role you will be responsible for Customer Order Administration:

• Solve any type of issue. Checks can relate to order incompletion or a block in the system according to business rules (products, customer segments).
• When required, block the order for delivery or billing, follow up to remove the block once the issue is resolved, and liaise with impacted stakeholders (e.g., Distribution).
• Monitor blocked orders and perform modifications upon request from relevant stakeholders (e.g., delivery date change, quantity change), identify the associated reason, and document the changes made.
• Liaise with local responsible to ensure proper execution of stock allocation previously set up in the system. Coordinate the management of exceptions, reschedule backorders, and investigate mitigation options to limit out-of-stock situations (delayed deliveries, short-shelf-life stock).
