We are looking for a highly analytical and proactive Strategy & Transformation Analyst to support business transformation initiatives, data-driven decision making, and strategic project execution.

We are looking for a highly analytical and proactive Strategy & Transformation Analyst to support business transformation initiatives, data-driven decision making, and strategic project execution.

In this role, you will help provide insights, monitor business performance, coordinate transformation projects, and support leaders with data and analysis to drive organizational improvements. You will work cross-functionally with stakeholders across the business and contribute to projects that shape the future of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Business Insights & Analytics

- Collect, analyze and interpret business data to generate actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and performance metrics.
- Support decision-making by providing accurate and timely analysis.
- Monitor key business indicators and identify trends, risks and opportunities.
- Prepare presentations and reports for management and leadership teams.

Project & Transformation Support

- Support the planning, coordination and tracking of transformation initiatives.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, dependencies and deliverables.
- Maintain project documentation, status reports and governance materials.
- Facilitate project meetings and follow up on agreed actions.
- Help ensure projects remain aligned with strategic objectives.

Strategic Analysis

- Support business case development and opportunity assessments.
- Conduct market, operational and business performance analyses.
- Gather and synthesize information from various stakeholders and data sources.
- Assist in identifying improvement opportunities across processes and ways of working.
- Contribute to strategic planning exercises and transformation roadmaps.

Performance Monitoring

- Track business and project KPIs.
- Produce regular performance reports and management updates.
- Support governance processes through preparation of reporting packs and dashboards.
- Help identify areas requiring management attention or corrective actions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Change & Organizational Transformation

- Support the implementation of organizational change initiatives.
- Assist in preparing communication and engagement materials.
- Help track adoption of new processes and ways of working.
- Coordinate activities between business stakeholders and project teams.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

Profile

Education

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Engineering or a related field.

Experience

- 2-5 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, PMO, business intelligence, strategy, or project management.
- Experience working with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Exposure to transformation, change management or business improvement initiatives is an asset.

Skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience with Power BI or other visualization tools.
- Strong organizational and project coordination capabilities.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
