Work Environment This role is based in a very large manufacturing facility of nearly 500,000 square feet that produces sheet metal shelving units similar to those used in major retail stores. The building is older and houses a significant amount of established fabrication and manufacturing equipment, resulting in a noisy environment due to multiple production lines operating simultaneously. Office spaces are located above the manufacturing floor, providing convenient access to both the production area and office settings for meetings and desk work. Industrial Engineers spend most of their time on the manufacturing floor, working closely with production support teams and engaging directly with processes and equipment. The work culture emphasizes flexibility, with a flexible work schedule, casual dress, and a laid-back atmosphere. The organization offers strong opportunities for growth and upward mobility, particularly for engineers interested in progressing into leadership roles. Employees receive a competitive benefits package that includes company bonus potential, multiple paid holidays, accrued vacation time, and eligibility for medical, dental, and vision benefits from the first day of employment.
