We are seeking for a Global Supply Planning Expert , based in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Our Team, Your Impact

The Supply Planning Expert is responsible for ensuring reliable product supply across Teva's global manufacturing network through effective supply planning, material planning, inventory management, capacity planning, and risk mitigation activities.

As part of Global Supply Planning, the role partners closely with manufacturing sites, external manufacturing partners, procurement, quality, logistics, and commercial teams to balance service, inventory, cost, and operational objectives.

How You’ll Spend Your Day

•    Develop, maintain, and execute supply plans across multiple planning horizons, ensuring alignment between demand requirements, manufacturing capabilities, inventory strategies, and network constraints. Support planning processes including S&OE, S&OP, capacity reviews, inventory planning, and annual business planning activities.  
•    Ensure timely availability of materials and products through effective replenishment planning, inventory optimization, supplier collaboration, and proactive management of material risks and supply constraints. Support execution activities as required to maintain continuity of supply.  
•    Identify supply, material, capacity, and inventory risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize business impact. Use data and analytics to drive service improvements, optimize inventory, improve plan adherence, and support decision making across the supply chain. 
•    Collaborate with manufacturing sites, external manufacturing partners, procurement, logistics, quality, technical operations, and commercial organizations to ensure planning assumptions remain realistic, risks are understood, and business priorities are met. Support planning governance forums and cross-functional decision making processes. 
•    Support standardization, digital transformation, process harmonization, and planning capability development initiatives. Maintain planning master data, improve planning accuracy, and contribute to the evolution of the Global Supply Planning operating model.

Your Skills and Experience

•    Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, Economics, or related discipline. 
•    Experience in supply planning, material planning, production planning, inventory management or external manufacturing planning. 
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
•    Experience working with ERP and planning systems. 
•    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 
•    Experience working with SAP ECC, APO, IBP will be considered a strong advantage.
•    Fluent English. Another language will be considered an advantage.
