Your role: Junior Product Manager
As a Product Manager, you will be part of Control Product team in Electric Product business unit, contributing to support Sales network for product promotion, selection and technical proposal, interacting with the customer for technical clarification and taking care of all necessary activities for technical support on site.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Support the lifecycle management of the SIRIUS Soft Starter portfolio
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute go-to-market activities, product launches and promotional initiatives.
- Provide technical and commercial support to the Siemens sales network and key customers.
- Act as the local reference point for product positioning, applications and portfolio strategy.
- Collaborate with global Product Management teams and factories to align local market needs with product development roadmaps.
- Deliver product presentations, webinars and technical training to customers, partners and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare application examples, technical documentation and customer-oriented materials.
- Support strategic projects and key opportunities involving motor starting and motor control applications.
- Monitor business performance, sales figures and market penetration, proposing corrective actions when required.
What makes you a great match:
Core Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Strong interest in industrial automation, motor control and low-voltage electrical distribution.
- Basic knowledge of motors, motor starting methods and industrial control systems.
- Knowledge of electrical design tools and low-voltage products is considered a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to transform market insights into business actions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel within Italy and occasionally abroad.

The Total Target Cash (Base + Variable) Pay Range for this position is €38.000–€50.000 annually. The actual offer will be determined within this range, based on the candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
