Software Project Manager

Position Overview
We are looking for a Software Project Manager to join our Central Eastern Europe, Turkey & UCCA Professional Services team. In this role, you will lead the delivery of PLM and MOM software implementation projects, supporting enterprise-level customers across the region as they transform their engineering and manufacturing operations with Siemens Xcelerator. You can be based in the Czech Republic and we offer remote working, with occasional visits to customer sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape and structure projects from the outset by working with Sales and Services Management to define delivery approaches, clarify roles and responsibilities, and ensure customer expectations are aligned.
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle using the Siemens Delivery Framework—reviewing requirements, defining scope, aligning on objectives, and actively managing risks throughout the engagement.
- Drive issue resolution by working closely with internal stakeholders and customer teams to ensure smooth progress and timely decision-making.
- Own project financial performance, delivering against approved budgets and margins, monitoring progress, and providing clear and realistic forecasts.
- Be an ambassador for Siemens values, contributing positively to our culture, strengthening relationships with customers and partners, and upholding our reputation across the market.
- Travel to customer locations when required, in line with project needs and DISW guidance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading software delivery projects, including implementation and post-go-live customer support.
- Experience working with enterprise-level software applications such as PLM, MES, MOM, ERP, SAP, LIMS, EAM, CMMS or WMS platforms (e.g. Teamcenter, Opcenter); software implementation experience in manufacturing-focused industries such as automotive, aerospace, or defence is also valued.
- Experience working directly with external customers in a commercial project environment, ideally within a software vendor or systems-integrator setting.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Czech or Slovak.

Our Benefits and Rewards
The total cash compensation range for this position is CZK 1,307,400 to CZK 2,482,700 with 20% of this being comprised of an annual incentive target (100% achievement). The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
