## About the role

The ASEAN Time & Attendance Project Deployment Lead will lead and coordinate the end-to-end deployment of the Time & Attendance solution across the agreed ASEAN scope. Based in Bangplee, Thailand, this role will be responsible for translating project objectives into successful site-level implementation, ensuring business readiness, system adoption, and a smooth transition into business-as-usual operations.

Working closely with HR, Supply, Payroll, IT, project teams, system partners/vendors, and key stakeholders across ASEAN, you will drive deployment activities from planning and preparation through go-live and stabilization.

This is a 1-year fixed-term contract role, providing dedicated project leadership and execution support for the successful deployment of the Time & Attendance solution across the agreed ASEAN scope.

Your responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end deployment of the Time & Attendance solution across the agreed ASEAN scope, from planning through go-live and stabilization.

- Develop and manage deployment plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and mitigation actions.

- Coordinate across HR, Supply/site teams, Payroll, IT, and system partners to ensure alignment and timely execution.

- Facilitate business requirements and configuration readiness covering shift patterns, working schedules, attendance, overtime, leave, and relevant payroll interfaces.

- Coordinate data preparation, validation, and migration activities to support implementation.

- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test preparation, execution coordination, defect tracking, and resolution.

- Drive go-live readiness assessments and coordinate cutover and post-go-live stabilization activities.

- Identify deployment risks and gaps, drive timely resolution, and escalate critical issues to appropriate stakeholders.

- Lead change management and adoption activities, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and user support.

- Ensure site leaders, HR teams, managers, and relevant users are prepared to adopt the new processes and system.

- Establish clear ownership, processes, and support arrangements for transition into business-as-usual operations.

- Monitor deployment progress and provide regular updates to the project sponsor and key stakeholders.

The experience we're looking for

- Solid experience in HR technology, Time & Attendance, workforce management, payroll, HR transformation, or related system deployment projects.

- Demonstrated experience leading or playing a key role in end-to-end system implementation and deployment.

- Experience working in manufacturing, Supply, or other shift-based operational environments would be advantageous.

- Good understanding of Time & Attendance processes, shift patterns, overtime, payroll integration, and workforce practices.

- Experience with UAT, data readiness, go-live, change management, training, and post-implementation support.

- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and/or deployments across countries or locations would be advantageous
