## About the role

The Sales Finance team provides analytical support and financial visibility to enable effective commercial decision-making and performance management.

Support Sales Finance Managers through reporting, analysis, forecasting support, and coordination with centralized finance teams. Deliver accurate and timely insights to support business performance.

Your responsibilities

- Act as finance business partner to sales teams, supporting forecasting, trade spend management, and profitability analysis. Deliver actionable insights and ensure strong financial discipline in commercial decisions

- Lead local forecasting cycles and consolidate inputs from sales teams. Ensure alignment with IBP timelines and assumptions. Identify risks and opportunities and propose corrective actions. Improve forecast transparency and accuracy.

- Finance partner to Sales Managers and KAMs. Provide insights on customer profitability, pricing, promotions and recommendations. Support execution of commercial plans and performance tracking. Challenge assumptions and ensure financial discipline in decisions. Act as link between sales and central finance teams.

- Manage trade spend planning and performance monitoring. Work with central teams for reporting and analytics. Evaluate promotions and provide ROI insights. Support optimization of budget allocation.

- Support allocation of budgets across customers and channels. Build business cases and support negotiations. Identify profitability improvement opportunities. Drive adoption of tools and standard processes.

- Ensure compliance with internal control policies including trade spend and pricing approvals. Perform control reviews and variance checks. Ensure proper documentation and support remediation actions.

The experience we're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred.

- At least 5 years of finance or controlling experience. Strong Excel and analytical skills with high attention to detail.

- Strong analytical and organizational skills. Ability to collaborate effectively across functions. Proactive and detail-oriented mindset.

- Strong reporting and data handling capabilities. Experience with finance systems is a plus.

- English advanced level.
