About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Co-op to join our Communications & Consumer Relations team, supporting consumer engagement, internal communications, and brand storytelling initiatives. This 6-month co-op program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer relations, content creation, data analysis, and corporate communications within a dynamic consumer packaged goods environment. The Co-op will contribute to projects that directly impact both internal stakeholders and external consumers.

This position is part of our 6-month Co-op Program, running from January 4, 2027 through June 25, 2027. The role follows a hybrid work model, with team members expected to work three days per week from our Boston Seaport Corporate Office and the remaining days remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Consumer Relations & Customer Engagement

- Respond to consumer ("drinker") inquiries and contacts, delivering exceptional customer service experiences.
- Coordinate and fulfill goodwill shipments for consumers as appropriate.
- Analyze consumer feedback and contact trends to identify actionable insights for Brand and Quality teams.

Communications & Content Development

- Create content for corporate brand social media and communication channels.
- Support internal communication initiatives through the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of BrewHub content.
- Assist with repurposing communications and messaging for various internal and external audiences.

Analytics & Reporting

- Track and report consumer insights and engagement trends.
- Support cross-functional reporting efforts by providing data-driven observations and recommendations.
- Collaborate with teams across the business to communicate key findings and support decision-making.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

- Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, Journalism, or a related field.
- Must continue to be enrolled in school after the completion of their co-op.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for creating positive consumer experiences.
- Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working independently and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience using CRM platforms or other customer relationship management systems.
- Exposure to Power BI or other data visualization and reporting tools.
- Social media content creation or community management experience.
