WHO WE NEED

The Key Booth Attendant is responsible for managing the key booth operations within the valet service. This role ensures accurate tracking of parked vehicles, organizes the transfer and retrieval of keys, and maintains communication with valet staff and leadership. The Key Booth Attendant ensures a clean and organized booth, oversees the secure handling of keys, and provides exceptional service to support efficient valet operations.

- Log vehicles into the system as "parked," including location and valet responsible.

- Coordinate the retrieval and issuance of vehicle keys for valet attendants.

- Monitor and track vehicle requests for customer returns.

- Open the key booth in the morning and close it in the evening according to established protocols.

- Facilitate the proper transfer of keys between overnight and daytime staff, including the pass down of any known issues or concerns.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the key booth.

- Communicate any issues involving security, inoperable or missing keys, or vehicle damage to leadership promptly.

- Conduct regular checks to ensure compliance with operational and security protocols.

- Provide assistance to valet staff as needed for efficient vehicle flow.

IDEAL CANDIDATE SKILLS

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Familiarity with clerical procedures and record-keeping.

- Ability to work independently and under supervision.

- Professional demeanor and adaptability in fast-paced environments.

- High organizational abilities

- Proficiency in driving both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.

- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or clerical role.

- Proficiency in organizational and multitasking skills.

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

- Basic computer literacy for data entry and tracking.
