About this role
Searching for a data entry person to enter nurse evaluations into MassHealth LTSS Portal and/or other insurance portals. The right candidate will be able to help compile documentation and forms for the accurate submission of requests for Prior Authorization of Personal Care Assistance services needed for people with disabilities to remain living in their homes.
Schedule: Monday through Friday 9am-4:30pm, 35 hours per week with Benefits (In Person, Amherst Office)
Job Responsibilities
1. Data Entry of re-valuations that are completed by Stavros Registered Nurse in MH/CCA LTSS Portal and Stavros WILD system
2. Correct own evals after QA and prepare all evals with accuracy for mailings to MDs office and for consumers/surrogates or Prior Auth Submission.
3. Scan and attach in MH LTSS portal RN sign off pages, meds, MD transport sheets, and/or adjustment sign off.
4. Data entry of adjustments in MH LTSS portal and Stavros WILD system
5. Faxing and follow up of adjustments to MDs office
6. Assist with entering Initial Evals when needed
Qualifications
1. Must be able to perform Data Entry Functions
2. Must be able to learn and work with MassHealth MMIS, MH LTSS, and Stavros Database
3. Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently over the phone or in person
4. Must know how to work office machinery (copier, scanner, fax)
