About this role

Hours of work: 22.25 hours per week
Working pattern: Part-time, Term-time only (working for 39 weeks per year plus 6.05 weeks annual leave, which will increase after 5 years' continuous service)
(As the position is part-time/term-time only, the above salary will be pro rata)

At St Philip’s Catholic Primary School, relationships are at the heart of everything we do. We are excited to appoint two caring, enthusiastic and motivated Individual Needs Assistants to join our happy and popular school.

We are seeking committed team players who are passionate about supporting children to achieve their full potential. Experience of working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) would be an advantage.

The position is for 22.25 hours a week, supporting a child in KS2. The hours are 8:30-3:15 on Mondays and Tuesdays, and 12:00-3:15 on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

The position will also include the responsibility of being a Midday Supervisor (MDSA) over the children’s lunch hour.

Initially the roles are fixed term until the end of March 2027.
