About this role
We are seeking a highly motivated Simulation Manager to support wet-lab and simulation-based education and training initiatives for healthcare professionals (HCPs) and field teams across structural heart therapies. In this role, you will deliver hands-on training experiences, help create innovative simulation technologies, and ensure operational excellence across our simulation program.
The ideal candidate combines clinical expertise with a passion for education, technology, and collaboration. You will play a key role in advancing procedural training for cardiac therapies, including TAVR and TMVR, while helping shape the future of simulation-based learning.
How you’ll make an impact:
Deliver High-Impact Education and Training
- Facilitate hands-on, simulator-based training programs for field teams, healthcare professionals, and other approved audiences.
- Support educational initiatives focused on structural heart procedures, including TAVR and TMVR.
- Contribute to the strategy, development and delivery of innovative digital learning programs.
Drive Simulation Innovation
- Partner with external vendors and internal stakeholders to develop next-generation simulation solutions.
- Evaluate new simulators and software platforms through testing and validation activities.
- Provide clinical insights and structured feedback to improve simulation accuracy, realism, and user experience.
Manage Program Operations
- Coordinate simulator logistics, including shipping, receiving, testing, maintenance, and inventory management.
- Ensure simulation equipment remains functional, reliable, and event ready.
- Serve as the on-site representative and operational lead for the simulation program.
Support Hands-On Wet-Lab Learning Experiences
- Assist with wet lab programs by creating anatomical models, coordinating equipment and ensuring all required materials and supplies are available.
- Help create exceptional training experiences that support procedural confidence and clinical excellence.
What you’ll need (Required):
- Bachelor's degree with Clinical experience as a Cath Lab Nurse or Cardiovascular Technologist (CVT).
- Eight years of related work experience in clinical setting
- Experience working within a healthcare and/or professional environment.
- Ability to travel up to 30% nationwide
- This role requires to be on site in Irvine, Ca

- Organizational and project management capabilities.
- Cath Lab experience in structural interventions, especially TAVR
- Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and apply critical thinking in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with digital technologies, software applications, or simulation-based learning tools.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements and healthcare education practices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proven ability to build collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams and physician partners.
- Experienced with Microsoft Office applications (including Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

For California (CA), the base pay range for this position is $157,000 to $223,000 (highly experienced).
