Minimum Starting Salary: $1,491.85 Bi-weekly. (In accordance with current spending restrictions, an internal promotion will be filled at the minimum of the pay grade or up to 5% of the employee’s current rate, whichever is higher.)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Responsible for the daily activities of the Voucher Room and the management of Axiom Pro/FLAIR as it pertains to the daily printing, loading, and transferring of the voucher schedule. Responsible for processing warrants received and sorting incoming mail. Distributes mail as appropriate to staff and completes the log request of mail received. Ensures all checks received are logged, coded and delivered to the receivable unit. Responsible for maintaining the filing system of scanned vouchers and supporting documentation. Ensures that the documents in the Voucher Room are filed appropriately and maintained according to the procedures established by the Financial Supervisor.
Responsible for the payment of invoices in My Florida Market Place (MFMP)/AOD and serves as the Exception Handler. Process electronic and PO based invoices submitted and approved by staff in MFMP/AOD. Audits invoice to ensure compliance with applicable statutes and departmental policies and procedures. Verify payments are in compliance with Florida Statutes and departmental policies and procedures. Contact staff when necessary to ensure the following information are in AOD for each purchase received: acknowledgment of receipt, invoice information, purchase order and certification statement.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS POSITION INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING REQUIRED ENTRY LEVEL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES :

Preference will be given to candidates with six months experience :
- knowledge of FLAIR.
- AOD/ MyFlorida MarketPlace
- knowledge of Florida PALM.

When identified on a position description, a valid driver’s license is required. If initially hired with an out-of-state license, the Florida resident must obtain a valid Florida state driver’s license within 30 days of hire. Licenses suspended or revoked for any reason, work permits (Business purpose/Employment/education only licenses) and some types of restricted licenses are not acceptable. Licenses that have Corrective Lenses Restriction are acceptable, provided the driver wears corrective lenses while operating the vehicle.
