We are a Land Surveying and Remote Sensing firm with an amazing team in our Phoenix, AZ office. We utilize conventional survey methods, terrestrial LiDAR (3D scanning) and UAS aerial LiDAR and photogrammetric mapping to produce standardized and/or customizable deliverables to our clients. Our team tackles topographic and boundary/ROW projects large and small throughout the northwest - supporting projects for federal, state, city, utility, transportation, power/energy, industrial, and private residential/commercial development.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Junior IT Support Technician to support our IT department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and helping users by troubleshooting problems.
Required Qualifications:
- Two years of experience in IT
- Good communication skills to work with remote team members
- Ability to work in the Phoenix, AZ office five days a week
No remote work for the first 90 days of employment
- Travel to other offices may be required for work on hardware infrastructure
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties:
- Identify, investigate, and resolve users' problems with computer software and hardware
- Field support calls, chat, email and/or other communication with inquiries and issues
Escalate bigger issues to IT Manager
- Guide users through diagnostic and troubleshooting processes
- Collaborate with IT Manager to research and resolve issues, and/or recommend modifications
- Arrange service by software or hardware vendors to repair or replace defective products
- Maintain knowledge of technology innovations and trends
- Create and maintain IT documentation records
