A Brief Overview
The Project Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Marketing/PR department, as a key success partner to ensure the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects. This role coordinates project activities, schedules, communications, and documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to project time lines, track progress, manage deadlines, and resolve issues. The Project Coordinator helps maintain projects organization, supports stakeholder engagement, and ensures deliverables are completed efficiently and in alignment with organizational goals.

The Project Coordinator must have prior experience managing multiple projects at once and end-to-end creative/marketing/digital type project processes from kick-off to completion or agreed upon deliverable, including, but not limited to, print, digital, content, social, email and video formats. They must be comfortable working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders (i.e. media agencies or IS) and represent the MPR team confidently. They must have proficient organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage deadlines and tasks within a fast-paced environment.

What you will do

- The Project Coordinator will work cross-functionally with Creative, Marketing, Public Relations and Digital teams to own the full life cycle of the project assigned.
- Manage the end-to-end project process from project kick-off to release/completion of projects
- Lead the development of project time lines and facilitate meetings with cross-functional teams
- Maintain the overall project schedule and help with prioritization and clear communication by conducting weekly
scheduling meetings with Account Management team and other key stakeholders.
- Facilitate and lead meetings and internal reviews, capturing key ideas, decisions, issues, and action items in meeting notes.
- Facilitate and coordinate the delivery of all information and assets needed to begin the project execution process.
- Populate resources allocation schedule to ensure the successful development and delivery of multiple projects, on time.
- Actively participate in project kick-offs and design reviews to ensure that creative is aligning with project objectives.
- In partnership with the Marketing Leads and Creative/Digital Teams, interpret business partner edits and feedback to determine adjustments in time lines and final reviews.
- Maintain a strategic partner attitude with the understanding that clear, concise and timely communication is of the utmost importance in building trust in any cross-functional relationship.

Education Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree - Required

Experience Qualifications

- At least three (3) years Project Coordinator or Account Coordinator - Required

Skills and Abilities

- Experienced working within a Project Management system. (Required)
• Self-motivated, able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines. (Required)
• Extremely organized with an eye for detail. (Required)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. (Required)
• Experience in healthcare or agencies is a plus. (Required)
• Experience with multi-media channels and creative development (Required)

SALARY RANGE:

$62,900.00 - $80,200.00 Annually

Salary ranges are shown for full-time jobs. If you're working part-time, your pay will be adjusted accordingly.
