As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

In this role, you will oversee the deployment of new Compute and Storage servers, driving operational excellence within our data center environment. You will lead a blend of tactical initiatives and strategic, cross-functional projects to support and scale one of the world's most advanced computing infrastructures.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $132000 - $189000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

- 2 years of experience with manufacturing, supply chain management, or fulfillment planning and execution in a new product introduction (NPI) role.

- Experience in supply chain operations in asset management, manufacturing, procurement, commodity management, or supplier management.

- Experience in program or project management.

Preferred qualifications:

- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

- Proven history of client services engagement with passion for customer service.

- Strong performance in prior roles, with increasing levels of responsibility and independence.

- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills, with a high attention to detail.

- Lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects, define requirements with internal customers, and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. Manage project schedules, proactively identify risks and clearly communicate goals to project stakeholders.

- Own on-time delivery performance of compute, storage, and networking capacity.

- Drive efforts to improve efficiency, cycle times, and predictability of data center execution tasks.

- Communicate health, status and actions to stakeholders including data center execution teams, management and partner organizations. Keep all the players coordinated on the project's progress and deadlines, as your projects often span offices, time zones and hemispheres.

- Oversee and ensure successful execution and delivery of plans and strategies. Troubleshoot issues, identify risk areas and develop mitigation strategies.
