- Strengthen a customer-focused culture and improve the service provided to customers.

- Work closely with headquarters and other treatment planning sites to support and improve systems, technology, and ways of working.

- Ensure employees receive appropriate training and development.

- Create an engaging workplace where people feel connected to the operation, can grow, and are supported by strong leaders.

- Develop relationships with local dental schools to help strengthen the future talent pipeline.

- Oversee the site budget and ensure resources are used responsibly.

What you’ll bring

- At least 8 years of experience leading teams or organizations, including at least 3 years leading cross-functional teams.

- A track record of bringing people together, developing leaders, and building an environment where teams can take ownership and succeed.

- Experience dentistry, orthodontics, or treatment planning.

- Experience leading large, complex operations and delivering results through managers and teams.

- Experience with quality systems, audits, or regulatory requirements. Knowledge of ISO 13485, GMP, or QSR is an advantage.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to move between daily operational priorities and longer-term plans.

- The ability to communicate in a clear direction and bring people together across different functions and cultures.

- Strong written and spoken English. Spanish is an advantage.
