Job Functions / Responsibilities

- Serve as the warranty subject matter expert (SME) in Engineering Design Reviews and Program Tollgate meetings, identifying and defining warranty and aftersales system requirements for new and existing products.

- Partner with Engineering, Aftersales, Purchasing, and Legal to establish component warranty coverage, including inclusions, exclusions, terms, and system requirements.

- Support the development, review, and maintenance of warranty bulletins, policy definitions, procedures, and program documentation.

- Develop and automate standard warranty reports, dashboards, and recurring performance metrics.

- Create and maintain standardized claim file templates to improve data consistency, reporting accuracy, and claims processing efficiency.

- Produce ad hoc analyses and reporting using Tableau and SQL to support warranty, product, and business decisions.

- Conduct auto-approval audits to ensure claims are processed accurately and in accordance with established warranty policies and controls.

- Track, manage, and report on franchise state law requests and related compliance requirements.

- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s Degree a plus.

- 5+ years’ industry or related experience required.

- Data analytics experience (specifically with Python, SQL, Tableau, and Excel) is required.

- Self-directed team player with the ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments and deliver high-quality results.

- Effective communication and presentation skills

- Excellent critical thinking & analytical skills

- Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite required.

- Demonstrated ability to recommend technical solutions based on business and system needs.

- Good recall of detail and a mechanical aptitude.

- Must be self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced just-in-time environment with rapidly changing objectives.

- Must be able to accept responsibility for assigned projects and work effectively under general or minimal supervision.

Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
