About this opportunity:
RAN Performance is part of Ericsson BA Networks and plays an important role in end-to-end Baseband software product development. Our unit helps secure critical customer commitments, evolve RAN architecture towards 6G, maintain performance leadership, and much more. A Solution Package (SP) is a software feature that can be deployed in customer networks. As an SP Driver, you will act as a technical project manager, supporting the end-to-end delivery of an SP from requirements and specifications through design, development, testing, and customer deployment.

What you will do:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, systems, and programs to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables. You will drive the content, timeline, and quality of the developed feature Solution Package (SP).
- Support the prioritization of user stories within the feature SP.
- Lead the SP through all process milestones, from pre-study to final delivery.
- Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies early.
- Facilitate clear communication among stakeholders to support transparency and alignment.
- Measure and report on project performance, making adjustments as needed to support successful delivery.
- Contribute to feature development and continuous improvement in line with Agile and Lean methodologies.
The skills you bring:
- A master’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a similar discipline
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an interest in working closely with different teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to understand complex information and make informed decisions.
- Self-driven with a focus on overall results, including the ability to remove obstacles to ensure feature release.
- Curiosity and willingness to build the technical skills needed to understand Ericsson products and the product development process.
