About the Role

As a Sr. Manager, Strategy & Planning, you will play a key role in helping shape business strategy, identify growth opportunities, and drive operational excellence across the organization. You will partner with senior leaders to develop strategic plans, evaluate market trends, analyze competitive intelligence, and support high-impact initiatives that contribute to business growth and long-term success.

This position requires a strategic thinker who can translate data and market insights into actionable recommendations while leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across the business.

What You Will Be Doing

- Develop and execute tactical and operational business plans that align with organizational objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities and support business model innovation initiatives.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to evaluate industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Lead financial modeling and business analysis efforts related to potential partnerships, acquisitions, mergers, and other strategic initiatives.
- Analyze operational performance and recommend process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Support corporate governance, business planning, and performance measurement processes.
- Partner with leaders across multiple business functions to drive alignment and execution of strategic priorities.
- Lead and develop high-performing teams, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance guidance.
- Present strategic recommendations and business insights to leadership teams.
- Drive large-scale projects and programs that have meaningful impact on business outcomes.

What You Bring

- Significant experience in strategy, business planning, corporate development, management consulting, finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and business case development skills.
- Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and strategic assessments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong leadership experience managing teams and developing talent.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and executive-facing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering measurable results.
- 10 plus years of print operations leadership experience
- Expertise in usps postal regulations, policies, postal presorting requirements, and processing.

Added Bonus If You Have

- Experience within financial technology, payments, banking, or financial services industries.
- Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, or corporate development activities.
- Knowledge of strategic planning frameworks, operational excellence methodologies, or business transformation initiatives.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $138,440.00 - $235,350.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
