What a Director, Fraud Product Management do at Fiserv?

The role partners closely with cross-functional teams to develop scalable, secure, and outcome-driven solutions. This individual also promotes innovation, trust, and excellence in the delivery of products that strengthen customer experiences and support business growth. With strong market insight and a focus on execution, they transform data and industry trends into product decisions that generate tangible business impact.

What you will do:

- Define the vision, strategy, and market positioning of fraud and security products for Argentina.
- Identify customer needs, local regulatory requirements, and market trends related to fraud prevention.
- Prioritize the product roadmap by balancing customer value, technical feasibility, and business objectives.
- Lead collaboration with technology, data, compliance, commercial, and user experience teams.
- Monitor product performance metrics and adjust priorities based on results and emerging opportunities.
- Support go-to-market strategies, value proposition development, sales enablement, and solution adoption.
- Incorporate customer and stakeholder feedback to continuously enhance the product portfolio.
- Drive product decisions focused on scalability, security, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth.

What you will need to have:

- Strong experience in digital product management within fintech, payments, or financial services environments.
- Solid knowledge of fraud prevention and detection, financial risk management, and digital product security.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to define metrics, monitor performance, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience building and prioritizing product roadmaps in complex, cross-functional environments.
- Proven ability to align multiple stakeholders and lead initiatives using agile methodologies.

What would be great to have (Preferred):

- Experience integrating solutions through APIs and partner ecosystems.
- Knowledge of scoring models, predictive analytics, or machine learning applications for fraud prevention.
- Experience within acquiring, issuing, banking, or digital financial services platforms.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and reporting practices applicable to the Argentine market.
- Experience with pricing strategies, portfolio expansion, and regional scalability initiatives.
