Summary
Directs operations of large or global account programs management office. Supports the business objectives of clients and the company by managing governance execution, process development and maintenance, project integration and account performance monitoring. Directs global integrated client-facing performance measurement and reports, and establishes governance and related processes.
Your role in our mission
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of account and regional PMO organizations, including governance structures, operating models, delivery objectives, resource models, and stakeholder relationships.
- Build strong partnerships with Client Delivery Leads, Account Executives, PMO leaders, Operations, Finance, HR, and Delivery Leadership to align PMO activities with business priorities, strategic initiatives, and client commitments.
- Drive consistency and operational excellence across the region by establishing and promoting best practices, standardized governance processes, reporting frameworks, delivery methodologies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strengthen governance and accountability by ensuring effective execution of executive reviews, status reporting, risk and issue management, escalation processes, and commitment tracking across accounts.
- Provide regional portfolio oversight through consolidated visibility into strategic programs, delivery performance, resource demands, risks, dependencies, and client obligations, delivering actionable insights to leadership.
- Support strategic planning and execution by aligning PMO activities with growth objectives, modernization efforts, contractual commitments, and operational priorities while helping leadership prioritize initiatives and balance competing demands.
- Evaluate PMO organizational effectiveness, resource capacity, talent development, and succession planning needs to ensure sustainable capability growth and operational continuity across the region.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to account and regional leadership by providing objective analysis, identifying risks and opportunities, recommending solutions, and driving execution excellence, client satisfaction, and business performance.
What we're looking for
- 10+ years of program, portfolio, or delivery leadership across complex software implementations and production support, with experience in healthcare, Medicaid, Medicare, pharmacy, or government technology.
- Proven accountability for large portfolios, budgets, and client implementations, with measurable results in delivery, program recovery, and operational improvement.
- Ability to learn unfamiliar products and environments quickly, exercise sound judgment, and take effective action with incomplete information.
- Experience directly leading PMs and delivery leaders, with demonstrated success coaching them into greater capability and independent ownership.
- Expertise in integrated planning, capacity forecasting, release readiness, dependency management, and risk mitigation, supported by financial and operational judgment.
- Ability to align matrixed, offshore, and globally distributed teams; challenge commitments constructively; resolve conflict; and communicate clearly with executives and clients.

The pay range for this position is $137,100.00 - $195,800.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
