What this job involves - As a Senior Occupancy Planner, you will be responsible for fostering partnerships with both the client’s Real Estate Organization and end users to cultivate innovative space solutions. You will ensure consistent delivery of planning services and effectively managing and reporting occupancy data within the parameters of the client's workplace programs and strategy. Operating within a dynamic and forward-thinking culture, you will leverage your expertise in the creation of occupancy scenario and collaborative workplace practices to offer comprehensive solution options for intricate occupancy issues. This role requires three days (3) of onsite presence weekly.

Excellent at building relationships and client-focused through exceptional stakeholder management and communication (verbal & non-verbal) abilities. You will foster critical relationships between various individuals and organizations, ensuring coordination and collaboration among different JLL businesses while managing complex stakeholder expectations across multiple organizational levels.

Delivering Occupancy Solutions

Attentive to detail and accuracy - particularly numbers and spatial creativity. You will support planning and managing portfolios, as well as maximizing space utilization while assisting clients in their migration plans, group, and individual moves. This involves preparing and updating project status reports on actual versus projected seat demand, reporting on current supply and capacity, and forecasting inventory changes. You will support organizational leadership in identifying space requirements, apply space utilization methods, and assist clients in reconciling discrepancies from top-down projections. Utilize business knowledge and critical thinking to analyze complex data and support strategic Corporate Real Estate decision making.

A communication champion

Demonstrate strong verbal and non-verbal  communication (verbal & non-verbal)  skills through effective written communication, active listening, and ability to engage with various organizational levels. Apply  stakeholder management  skills to build positive relationships with individuals and organizations while supporting coordination and collaboration among different JLL businesses under guidance from senior team members.

Tech-Savvy

You have  critical thinking  skills and can tell compelling stories through data analysis. Success requires strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, complex calculations) and understanding of floor plans. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to consolidate data and floor plans into clear PowerPoint presentations for client support will be highly valuable, along with experience with CAFM/IWMS software.

Required Qualifications:

- 5-7 years of experience in corporate environment, preferably in strategic space / occupancy planning

- Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Design or a related field.

- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, cell calculations) and Microsoft Power Point

- Proficiency in CAFM/IWMS software

- Experience with AutoCAD for basic test-fits and square foot calculations

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

- Strategic thinking and big-picture perspective

Expected compensation for this position:

154,000.00 – 181,500.00 USD per year

Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
