What you'll do

The Program Manager Intern will join the Cloud & Production Engineering organization, supporting the product efforts of the Cloud Engineering and Docusign Cloud Platform (DCP). In this role, the intern will contribute to the vision, strategy and execution of key product initiatives within our Cloud and Production Engineering organization. You will collaborate closely with the Docusign Security, Product, Technical Program, Cloud & Production Engineering, and Design teams, to build scalable solutions and processes that meet the evolving needs of our business.This is an internship role for 5 months of duration.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Director, Technology & Business Operations.

Responsibility

- Partner with TPMs, PMs, engineers, and security teams to understand current onboarding workflows for the Cloud platform and identify opportunities for improvement and automation

- Assist in supporting the strategy, value prop, roadmap and execution of Docusign Cloud Platform (DCP) and the bi-weekly DCP Product Reviews

- Translate customer pain points into actionable product requirements

- Partner with engineering to balance technical constraints with business objectives

- Drive product improvements and strategy through data analysis

- Support scoped projects to simplify and standardize the onboarding experience, including documenting processes, requirements, and success criteria under guidance from the team

- Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies; help maintain project plans, status updates, and stakeholder communications for onboarding-related initiatives

- Drive product improvements and strategy through data analysis

- Contribute to improving developer-facing documentation, playbooks, and self-service guides that help teams onboard to MSF more quickly and confidently

- Help run and support recurring processes (such as check-ins, reviews, or demos) for Platform onboarding workstreams, capturing notes, follow-ups, and action items

- Collaborate with mentor and teammates to continuously iterate on the onboarding experience based on feedback from developers and partner teams

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

- Education Level: Undergraduate (Graduation Dates: December 2027, May/June 2028)

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May/June 2028

- Experience with SDLC and Product Management Lifecycle

- Experience with modern collaboration and project management tools such as Slack, Google Docs, Figma, Lucid, and JIRA

- Experience working with data in spreadsheets or basic dashboards (e.g., tracking progress, simple reporting)

- Ability to work from the Seattle hub in a hybrid, office-based arrangement during the internship

- This role is not eligible for CPT, OPT or sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred

- Prior internship or coursework in product/program management, software development, or AI/ML

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to break down complex processes

- Excellent written and verbal communication-comfortable presenting to stakeholders and senior executives

- Self-starter mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Interest in product or program management, operations, or product/program coordination in a technical environment

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners (engineering, product, security, and operations)

- Ability to organize information, manage multiple tasks, and follow through on commitments with guidance from the team

Wage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

Washington: $28/hour - $33/hour
