As a Corporate Treasury Associate within PNC's Corporate Treasury organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA.

The Corporate Treasury Associate performs financial analysis, research, and reporting in support of the firm’s liquidity and balance-sheet management objectives. The analyst supports the accurate, timely, and controlled production of daily liquidity reporting, reviews results for reasonableness, investigates movements and exceptions, and maintains clear support for reported balances, cash flows, and liquidity measures.

The Associate remains close to market activity, with particular attention to interest-rate movements and their potential effects on funding conditions, cash flows, collateral, and the firm’s liquidity position. The role also supports the monitoring and management of intraday liquidity by assessing cash and payment activity, available liquidity resources, emerging funding needs, and material exceptions throughout the business day.

The role primarily supports FR 2052a and related liquidity reporting, with additional exposure to the Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR), the Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR), and Internal Liquidity Stress Testing (ILST).

The Associate is expected to apply attention to detail, data gathering and reporting discipline, financial analysis, and effective communication while supporting established regulatory requirements, stress testing, remediation, and process improvements.

Working knowledge of FR 2052a, LCR, NSFR, ILST, or comparable liquidity and regulatory reporting frameworks.

Experience with banking products, reconciliations, variance analysis, regulatory reporting systems, or analytical tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, LRM, or similar platforms.

MS Office/Excel experience is preferred

Job Description

- Performs financial analysis, research and reporting in support of the firm's balance sheet management objectives. Performs due diligence and analytical work related to capital and liquidity management, including balance sheet forecasting, statistical analysis, funding strategy, risk-adjusted returns, and scenario development.
- Participates in enterprise stress testing and supports evaluation of strategic and regulatory outcomes. May support funding and capital markets transactions, including debt and equity issuance.
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders including business lines, Finance, Risk Management and Regulatory Affairs to develop insights and executive- or board-level materials.
- Performs core treasury processes, including defined analytical procedures, reporting, and transaction support. Maintains data aggregation, quality assurance, and reporting integrity tied to capital and liquidity management activities.
- Evaluates and applies forecasting and planning methodologies across economic and business scenarios. Supports responses to strategic initiatives, regulatory requirements, and remediation activities across treasury disciplines.
