Position Details
Job Title: Production Assistant (Printing & Film Operations)
Location: Auburn, WA
Pay Rate: $21.50/hour (DOE) + $1.50/hour differential for night shifts
Schedule: Full-time, 12-hour shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule
Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Key Responsibilities
Assist operators with machine setups, equipment changeovers, and loading/unloading materials.
Handle materials efficiently and safely across various production areas.
Execute packaging and labeling duties while conducting routine quality control inspections to ensure product standards.
Proactively maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
What You Bring
Experience: Previous manufacturing experience is highly preferred, but candidates with a strong mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Work Ethic: Unwavering reliability, excellent attendance, and shift flexibility.
Safety-First Mindset: A strong dedication to following all safety protocols and protecting yourself and your team.
Physical Capabilities: Must be comfortable working 12-hour shifts on your feet. The role requires the ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, handle industrial machinery, and independently lift up to 50 lbs.
