We are seeking a strategic, customer-centric Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive the commercialization, growth, and market success of our Client Solutions portfolio. This role serves as a critical link between Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Executive Leadership, ensuring our solutions are effectively positioned, differentiated, and aligned to market needs.
The Senior Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing market strategies, crafting compelling messaging and value propositions, leading go-to-market initiatives, enabling sales teams, and partnering across Brand, Channel, Social, Digital, and Demand Generation functions to successfully bring client solutions to market and drive business growth. This individual will bring deep customer insight, strong commercial acumen, and a passion for translating complex service and technology offerings into meaningful business outcomes for clients.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable engaging with customers, collaborating with cross-functional partners, influencing senior leaders, and supporting high-impact sales opportunities. They possess a blend of strategic thinking and execution excellence and thrive in environments focused on growth, innovation, and customer value.
Responsibilities:
Market Strategy & Customer Insights
- Serve as the voice of the customer and market for the Client Solutions portfolio.
- Conduct market research, customer interviews, competitive analysis, and industry trend monitoring to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Develop actionable insights that inform solution strategy, positioning, pricing, and commercialization decisions.
- Partner with Product and Solution leaders to prioritize investments based on customer needs, market demand, and business objectives.
- Monitor industry, workforce, healthcare, and technology trends to identify emerging opportunities and market risks.
- Establish a deep understanding of buyer personas, decision-making processes, customer pain points, and purchasing behaviors.
Solution Positioning & Messaging
- Develop and maintain compelling positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions for client solution offerings.
- Translate complex service, technology, and workforce solutions into clear, differentiated customer value.
- Create tailored messaging for executive buyers, operational stakeholders, clinicians, and other key audiences.
- Ensure consistency in messaging across marketing campaigns, sales materials, customer communications, and executive presentations.
- Establish customer outcome-focused narratives that demonstrate measurable business impact and return on investment.
Go-to-Market Strategy & Commercialization
- Lead end-to-end go-to-market strategy and execution for new solutions, enhancements, and strategic initiatives.
- Develop launch plans, commercialization strategies, adoption programs, and growth campaigns.
- Define market segmentation, target audiences, solution packaging, and positioning strategies.
- Coordinate launch readiness activities across Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success teams.
- Establish success metrics and monitor performance to continuously optimize go-to-market effectiveness.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities to expand solution adoption and accelerate growth.
Integrated Marketing, Demand Generation & Channel Partnership
- Partner closely with Brand, Content, Social Media, Digital Marketing, Channel Marketing, Public Relations, and Campaign teams to bring client solutions to market through coordinated, multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Translate solution positioning, customer insights, and value propositions into integrated marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, pipeline creation, and customer adoption.
- Collaborate with channel and demand generation teams to develop campaign strategies, nurture programs, event marketing initiatives, and account-based marketing efforts aligned to target audiences and growth objectives.
- Provide messaging guidance and market expertise to ensure consistency across digital, social, content, advertising, web, and field marketing initiatives.
- Partner with content and communications teams to develop thought leadership, customer success stories, case studies, white papers, webinars, executive presentations, blogs, and industry-facing content.
- Collaborate with brand marketing teams to ensure solutions are represented consistently and effectively across all customer touchpoints while reinforcing the organization's market position and reputation.
- Work with social media and digital marketing teams to amplify solution launches, customer outcomes, industry insights, and market differentiators through targeted campaigns and storytelling.
- Support industry events, conferences, webinars, and customer-facing programs by developing messaging, presentations, and solution narratives that strengthen market awareness and lead generation.
- Serve as the primary bridge between Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure successful commercialization and sustained market engagement across the solution lifecycle.
Sales Enablement & Commercial Growth
- Serve as the primary product marketing partner to Sales, ensuring client-facing teams are equipped to effectively position and sell our solutions.
- Develop and maintain sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, solution overviews, battlecards, buyer guides, competitive intelligence, objection-handling guides, ROI tools, case studies, and executive presentations.
- Create compelling customer success stories, proof points, and outcome-driven narratives that support sales conversations.
- Lead sales readiness and enablement efforts for new solution launches, ensuring teams understand target buyers, market dynamics, customer challenges, solution capabilities, and competitive differentiation.
- Facilitate product and solution training sessions, workshops, webinars, and ongoing education programs for client-facing teams.
- Support strategic account planning and high-priority sales opportunities through customized value propositions, business cases, executive presentations, and solution recommendations.
- Partner with Sales Leadership to identify performance gaps and implement enablement initiatives to improve sales effectiveness and win rates.
- Analyze sales feedback, win/loss data, customer objections, and market insights to refine messaging, positioning, and content strategy.
- Measure and optimize enablement effectiveness through content utilization, sales feedback, pipeline influence, win rates, and revenue impact metrics.
- Build scalable sales enablement processes that improve consistency and effectiveness across the customer lifecycle.
Portfolio Growth & Lifecycle Management
- Monitor solution performance, adoption trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity.
- Recommend enhancements to solution packaging, pricing, positioning, and market approach.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Solution Leadership to influence product roadmaps and future investment decisions.
- Identify opportunities to expand solution offerings and strengthen market differentiation.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to drive business outcomes.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve market positioning, customer engagement, and solution adoption.
- Build alignment among stakeholders and influence strategic decisions without direct authority.
- Present market insights, recommendations, launch plans, and business cases to senior leaders and executive audiences.
- Foster a customer-first and market-driven mindset across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Solution Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Commercial Strategy, Management Consulting, or related roles.
- Experience in healthcare, staffing, SaaS, marketplace platforms, or digital health.
- Proven experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies for complex solutions, services, technology products, or healthcare offerings.
- Demonstrated success creating positioning, messaging, and value propositions that drive customer engagement and business growth.
- Experience conducting market research, customer discovery, competitive analysis, and buyer insights programs.
- Proven success developing sales enablement programs that improve pipeline generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
- Experience partnering across brand, digital, channel, social, and demand generation marketing functions to execute integrated marketing programs.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $116,500 -- $225,300 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location.
CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
