THE POSITION:
STACK Infrastructure is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst – Finance Systems Integrations to support the systems, integrations, and data flows that connect our finance technology ecosystem.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands finance processes, enjoys solving technical problems, and can translate business needs into reliable, scalable solutions.
You will work closely with Finance, IT/Enterprise Applications, external partners, and other technology teams, with a focus on integrations across platforms such as NetSuite, Kyriba, banking platforms, Databricks, Cube, Workato, and other related enterprise applications.
Success in this role requires technical curiosity, strong analytical skills, and the ability to understand both the business process and the technology behind it.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Support STACK’s enterprise finance applications and integration ecosystem as a technical Business Systems Analyst.
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, Treasury, FP&A, Data & Analytics, and Technology teams to translate business needs into system and integration solutions.
- Support integrations across platforms such as NetSuite, Kyriba, banking platforms, Databricks, Cube, Workato, and other enterprise systems.
- Develop and maintain integration requirements, technical specifications, data mappings, process flows, and support documentation.
- Analyze APIs, data models, integration patterns, and source-to-target mappings to recommend practical technical approaches.
- Partner with developers, data engineers, vendors, and implementation partners to design, test, deploy, monitor, and support integrations.
- Troubleshoot integration issues by reviewing logs, API responses, payloads, data mappings, authentication, failed transactions, and related diagnostic information.
- Help establish reusable integration standards, monitoring practices, reconciliation processes, and production support routines.
THE DETAILS:
- Location: Denver, Colorado
- Travel: 10%
- Compensation: $135,000 - $155,000
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must pass comprehensive background screening
MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of experience in technical Business Systems Analysis, Enterprise Applications, Systems Integration, Finance Systems, or a similar technical application role.
- Strong understanding of financial systems and core finance processes such as GL, AP, AR, Treasury, FP&A, intercompany, payments, cash management, and financial reporting.
- Experience with an ERP or financial systems platform, preferably NetSuite, Oracle, or a similar enterprise system.
- Ability to create technical requirements, interface specifications, data mappings, process flows, diagrams, and system documentation.
- Experience analyzing integration requirements, source-to-target mappings, system data models, and technical specifications to support reliable end-to-end solutions.
- Strong understanding of enterprise application integration concepts , including APIs, data mappings, middleware or iPaaS platforms, file-based integrations, and common integration patterns.
- Experience working with integration platforms such as Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft, Celigo, Azure Integration Services, or similar technologies.
- Understanding of (integration) security concepts, including OAuth, API tokens, certificates, service accounts, authentication, authorization, and secrets management.
- Ability to troubleshoot integration issues using application logs, middleware logs, API responses, payloads, authentication details, and other diagnostic information.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work across business and technical teams.
NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with NetSuite REST/SOAP APIs, SuiteQL, SuiteScript, or NetSuite integration architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Workato recipes, connectors, error handling, monitoring, and reusable integration patterns.
- Experience with Databricks (or similar) including concepts like data lakes/lakehouses, ETL/ELT pipelines, SQL, or enterprise data platforms.
- Familiarity with Azure, Entra ID, service principals, Key Vault, or related cloud integration and security technologies.
- Experience with financial data reconciliation, controls, data governance, or SOX-regulated environments.
- Real estate, infrastructure, construction, or data center industry experience.
THIS MIGHT BE RIGHT FOR YOU IF:

- You are comfortable investigating issues independently while knowing when to bring in the right support.

- You prefer a role focused mainly on functional requirements gathering or business process documentation.
- You are uncomfortable working directly with APIs, data structures, SQL, integration logs, or technical documentation.
- You expect developers or vendors to handle all technical investigation and troubleshooting.
- You prefer working in a single application rather than across multiple enterprise platforms.
