Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in their homes according to care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor and document patient condition and progress accurately.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care.
- Educate patients and families on health management and care techniques.
- Maintain all necessary documentation and comply with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Michigan.
- Prior experience in home health or related nursing field preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
